Comfortable place to stay, it has excellent staff especially the receptionist. It has ideal setting and close enough to a museum and a cathedral. They have a good choice of meals to choose from, the food is good.

I recommend the place. Everything was really good, incredible location so close to coffee shop, Christchurch for three nights after flying across the world from Vancouver and city center and botanical garden, lovely experience. Loved great WiFi, a balcony, and a safe box in the room. The beds were large and the view over the harbor was particularly nice! The hotel was centrally located in the area most affected by earthquake. Christchurch City-Centre district was worth staying in.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this amazing hotel. The location was great - so relieved to find something so good that is not on the main roads. It was handy and very close to shops and restaurants. Plus, it was nice and close to tourist attractions, which made it easy to explore the area. The service was impeccable, with friendly and professional staff who were always willing to assist. I was particularly impressed with the room amenities, from the ironing facilities to the comfortable sitting area. The hotel also offered a range of services, such as room service and airport shuttles, which added to the overall convenience. The staff truly went above and beyond to make me feel welcomed and at home.
I would highly recommend this place to my friends.

The staff were very helpful. We came into town very late and then room was ready for us with a note to enjoy a good night's sleep and checkin the next morning when we awoke.
